Coaching is a structured, reflective process that helps you gain clarity, explore what is holding you back, and make conscious choices about your next steps. It is a collaborative partnership focused on your goals, insights, and sustainable change, rather than advice or quick fixes.
You don’t need to be in crisis to work with a coach. Coaching can help whenever you want to understand yourself better, make a conscious change, or navigate a transition with more confidence.
Coaching takes place in one-on-one conversations where we explore your questions, patterns, and goals in a structured way. Through reflection, focused questions, and practical exercises, you gain insight and translate that into concrete steps you can apply in your daily life and work.
A coaching program consists of a series of sessions spread over a set period of time. A typical coaching program starts with an intake in an informal setting where we explore your needs. This is followed by a customized coaching program where the number of sessions, the frequency and the approach are tailored to your needs. Often five to seven sessions are sufficient for noticeable change.
Feeling safe, understood, and challenged in the right way is essential in coaching. The best way to find out is through an introductory conversation, the intake, where you can experience my way of working and see whether it feels like a good fit for you and your question. The intake is free of charge and without any obligation.
Coaching sessions can be offered online. This allows for flexibility and continuity, while providing the same depth and effectiveness as in-person coaching. In-person sessions are helpful for deeper focus, stronger connection, or when you want a dedicated space to reflect and reset. Outdoor or walking sessions can be especially refreshing, combining movement with reflection for new perspectives.
Coaching focuses on the present and future: your goals, choices, and growth. It’s about exploring possibilities, gaining clarity, and taking actionable steps forward. Therapy, on the other hand, often focuses on healing past experiences and addressing mental health challenges. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, but a supportive space to move forward with confidence and purpose.
